Shungite Properties: 

Shungite is a black, lustrous, non-crystalline mineraloid consisting of more than 98 weight per cent of carbon. It was first described from a deposit near Shunga village, in Karelia, Russia, from where it gets its name. It has been around for an estimated 2 billion years

1996 Nobel Prize-winning research discovered the antioxidant fullerenes within the stone.  This has led to a renewed awareness about shungite’s healing potential.

Shungite properties are also known to aid in the inhibiting of EMFs, or electromagnetic fields, that are the result of electromagnetic radiation. Electromagnetic fields are created by electronic devices.
